Privacy notice
What we collect when you apply
Your name, email, an optional phone number, your TikTok and Instagram profile links, the photos and reference videos you upload, and your consent. Photos and videos you upload with an application are deleted 30 days after we decline or accept it. We keep your name, email, social links and the outcome of your application.
What we hold once you join
Your sign-in email, the social accounts you connect, the videos you upload, the posts published through the portal and their views, feedback from VAZA, your PayPal email, and your monthly pay statements and payouts.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications, give you access to the portal, assign briefs, publish your videos to the accounts you choose, count views toward bonuses, work out your pay and send it to you.
Signing in
You set your own portal password from the invite link VAZA emails you, and VAZA never sees it. You can also sign in with Google, Apple, Discord or X using the email your invite was sent to. That provider then tells us your email address and confirms it is yours.
Your social accounts
You connect your own accounts through Ayrshare, so VAZA never sees or stores your social account passwords. Ayrshare posts the videos you publish and gives us the views and other numbers the portal shows.
Your videos
A video you upload is stored on Amazon Web Services and served from a link that is hard to guess but not secret: anyone who has the link can watch the video. You can reuse it in the portal for 29 days, and it is deleted 90 days after you last uploaded it. When you publish, Ayrshare fetches the video and posts it to the channels you selected, after you confirm. Published posts stay on each platform under that platform’s own rules. VAZA can remove a post that was published through the portal.
Your pay
VAZA pays you through PayPal. We store your PayPal email encrypted and show it masked. When VAZA sends a payout, PayPal receives that email, the amount, the currency and any note to you.
Who else handles your data
Amazon Web Services hosts our servers, database and video storage. Vercel hosts the portal. Ayrshare connects your social accounts and publishes your videos. PayPal sends your pay. Brevo sends our emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a sign-in, sign-up, password reset or application comes from a person. Each one receives only what it needs for that job.
Who can see it at VAZA
Staff see only what their role needs. Only roles that handle pay can see pay amounts.
Your choices
You may withdraw an application, disconnect a social account, or ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@vazainc.com. Pay, security and audit records may be kept where the law requires it.
