Authorized use

Creator access is invitation-only. VAZA emails each invited creator a link, and the creator sets their own password from it. VAZA never sees the password. A creator can also sign in with Google, Apple, Discord or X, using the email the invite was sent to. Staff can resend the invite if the link is lost or expires. Each administrator and creator must use their own login and may see only what their role allows.

Your social accounts

You create and own your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook accounts. You connect them to the portal through Ayrshare so VAZA can publish the videos you submit and read their views. VAZA never sees or stores your social account passwords. TikTok and Instagram must stay connected while you work with VAZA, and you can reconnect any account from Accounts.

Content workflow

For each brief, you upload your video once in the portal and choose which connected channels to publish it to. VAZA publishes it to your accounts through Ayrshare. A brief is complete once its TikTok and Instagram videos are published and verified. YouTube and Facebook are optional.

Views, bonuses and pay

Ayrshare supplies the views and other numbers the portal shows. Each individual TikTok or Instagram video earns a bonus of 200 at 500,000 views and another 200 at 1,000,000, in your contract currency. Views are never combined across videos or platforms, and Facebook and YouTube videos do not earn bonuses. A bonus is recorded when a verified video reaches a milestone. VAZA can reject a bonus, and a rejected bonus is not paid.

How you are paid

Your pay for a month is your base amount, prorated for the days you were under contract, plus that month’s bonuses. Payouts are not automatic. After the month ends, VAZA reviews your statement and sends the payout to your PayPal email by hand. VAZA may change the amount, and records the reason when it does. Nothing can be sent until you add a PayPal email in Payments and open the confirm link VAZA emails to it. A new PayPal email starts being used 72 hours after you confirm it, and until then VAZA keeps paying the one before.
